Co-Founder & Culinary Co-Director

Chef Luke brings over 17 years of culinary expertise to Southwest Florida, specializing in fine dining catering throughout Naples, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, and Fort Myers. His passion for cooking began in childhood on Long Island's East End, commonly known as The Hamptons, where his mother fostered his love for the culinary arts — a foundation that would shape his distinguished career.

 

Chef Luke honed his craft at The Hamptons' most prestigious establishments, including 1 North Steakhouse (ranked #1 steakhouse in the Hamptons), Oaklands Restaurant and Marina, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Toppingrose House in Bridgehampton. These fine dining experiences cultivated his mastery of technique, presentation, and flavor profiles that define luxury catering.

 

For the past six years, Chef Luke has called Naples home, working with acclaimed Southwest Florida restaurants and businesses including Crave Culinaire Catering, The French Brasserie and Chophouse, as well as Bar Tulia on Fifth Avenue and Mercato. His extensive catering experience in Naples and surrounding areas has perfected his ability to create custom menus for weddings, corporate events, private dinners, and celebrations of all sizes.

As a born-and-raised Naples resident, Chef Jesse brings an intimate understanding of Southwest Florida's culinary landscape and what makes exceptional catering in Collier County truly shine. His deep roots in the community and passion for creating memorable dining experiences set him apart in the Naples catering industry.

Chef Jesse's culinary journey began during high school when his mother, an administrator at CaterMasters — one of Naples' premier catering companies — introduced him to the world of event catering. What started as after-school prep work and late-night event service evolved into a calling he couldn't ignore, sparking a passion that would define his career.

After exploring other paths, Chef Jesse returned to his true calling and joined Crave Culinaire as Warehouse Manager, gaining comprehensive knowledge of event logistics, menu planning, and flawless execution for celebrations across Naples, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, and Fort Myers. Under the mentorship of multiple executive chefs, he mastered diverse culinary techniques while developing his signature approach to custom catering.

Chef Jesse's hometown advantage means he knows the best local suppliers, understands seasonal Florida ingredients, and has catered at virtually every premier venue in Collier County. His unique combination of operational expertise and culinary artistry ensures every Naples wedding, corporate event, and private dinner runs seamlessly from kitchen to table.
